Environmental branding
During active construction, De Glasfabriek needed to maintain a strong visual presence that informed the public while generating interest in the development.

The development team needed professional video content to showcase the project’s vision and communicate the architectural thought process behind key residential areas.

Produced a mood film capturing De Glasfabriek’s vision
Created a focused architectural film featuring interviews with the architect and landscape designer
Managed complete pre-production planning and scripting
Executed multi-camera filming across the development site
Delivered final productions optimized for various platforms
Phase specific branding
As De Glasfabriek's second residential phase launched, it needed its own identity—one that told a unique story while staying connected to the overall development brand. In collaboration with Soba Studio, we developed a distinct brand for this phase.
What we did:
Developed naming and logo for phase 2, tailored to its target audience
Created conceptual brand expressions telling the phase's unique story
Explored visual systems including typography and colour palettes
Produced phase-specific marketing materials including posters and construction fences
